I had just installed the 64bit version Debian 4.0 on my system only to realise that Netgear hasn't released any 64bit drivers for the Netgear WG311 v3 wireless card. Fortunately after much searching I found this driver which works great with the latest version of ndiswrapper. The card tested here is the Netgear WG311 v3 but other Marvell 8335 should work as well.
